You buy credits and spend them whenever you like — no monthly plan, no card on file. Two things are charged, and both use the same credits.
1 · ENRICH
Charged per description, once.
Each description costs 10 credits, and the price per description drops as your volume grows. What you generate is yours: it is never charged again.

2 · STORE
Image storage is rented monthly.
Only if you keep photos in Bruxel. It comes out of the same credit balance, never a card, and you can change or cancel it whenever you want.

Frequently asked questions
- What is a credit?
- Credits are the unit you spend on AI generation. Each product description costs 10 credits; other operations (like filling attributes) show their cost before running.
- Do I get a discount for buying more?
- Yes. The more descriptions you buy, the lower the per-description price: $1.00 up to 999, $0.90 from 1,000, and $0.85 from 10,000. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Your credits stay available in your organization until you use them.
- Can I try before I buy?
- Yes. When you create your organization you get welcome credits to stamp your first products for free.
- Do images cost extra?
- Storage does; uploading and exporting them doesn't. Your account includes 500 MB —enough to try, not to run a catalog— and beyond that you buy 100 MB blocks at 1 credit per month each. Writing alt text with AI is charged per image, like any other AI operation.
- What if I run out of credits for storage?
- You get 15 days of grace with everything working as usual: top up and the charge goes through on its own. If they pass without a top-up, your limit returns to what's included and you can't upload new images. We never delete your files over a missed payment: they're still there to view, export and download.
