Security & compliance
Your catalog, isolated and under your control
Bruxel is multi-tenant by design. Here's what we do to protect your data — and what we don't do with it.
Tenant isolation (RLS)
Every organization lives behind Postgres Row-Level Security, enforced in the database. A query can't read another tenant's data, not even through a code bug.
Encryption
All traffic travels over TLS. Sensitive data, like your tax information, is encrypted at rest.
GDPR / DPA
We publish our Privacy Notice and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), with the full list of subprocessors.
We don't train on your data
Your catalog and the descriptions you generate are not used to train AI models. The one exception is the 3D object, which is optional: Meshy, the provider that generates it, may use the photos it receives and the resulting model to train its services.
Role-based access
Five organization roles (viewer, editor, operator, administrator and owner) and an audit log of sensitive actions.
Backups & recovery
Automatic database backups and a documented recovery plan.
Subprocessors
These are the vendors that process data on Bruxel's behalf. The same list appears in the DPA.
