Your first day: from your spreadsheet to your store

Import your catalog, generate your first descriptions and export the CSV for your store, in a single video.

Video transcript

In this video, you'll go from your spreadsheet to your store in one day: import, generate and export.

Your first day starts here, with an empty catalog.

No file yet? The template has the columns Bruxel recognizes.

You upload your file: here, 24 products from four departments.

First, “Review before importing”.

It shows what would happen: 24 new products, none overwritten.

And how it read your columns: SKU, name, brand and category.

Color and material become filterable attributes.

The supplier description is kept for the engine to use.

And you import it.

Done: your catalog now has 24 products.

Each product with its SKU, its brand and how complete its record is.

In its record, color and material are already attributes.

And what your file had is kept under Imported data.

The SKU is the key: re-import, and Bruxel updates without duplicating.

With your catalog in, Bruxel suggests starting with three products.

Three are enough to hear how your content sounds.

The button shows the cost before charging: 21 credits.

A batch costs less.

The batch runs in the background: you can keep working.

It's done: your three products are ready.

You only pay for what came out right.

Those three now say “Published” and they're more complete.

The record has what your customer reads: a product title, descriptions, benefits and features.

And the technical side: meta title, meta description, keywords and URL.

Plus social media text and, for AI assistants, a context block and structured data.

If something's off, correct it with an instruction or by hand.

Exporting costs no credits. In Downloads, you pick the columns for your store.

Shortcuts build the selection in one click.

Each column shows the name it will have in the file.

And before you download, it tells you how many products will come out complete.

You can skip incomplete rows if your store erases what arrives empty.

Download the CSV, ready for your store.

If you'll repeat it, save it as a channel.

A channel remembers each destination's columns, order, language and separator.

The Adobe Commerce template already has that CSV's column names.

“Measure” tells you how many products would come out complete there.

And which columns are missing most.

Each column can be required, and the channel can export only complete rows.

That was your first day: from your spreadsheet to your store. The Academy has a video for every step.
