Glossary
Related products (cross-selling)
Definition
Related products are the ones a product page suggests alongside the product: accessories, complements, alternatives or the higher-end version.
They are used for cross-selling (something that complements the purchase) and up-selling (a better version). Each store and marketplace receives them in its own format.
Storing them in the product record, as links between SKUs, lets you send them the same way to every channel. The related products guide shows how it works in Bruxel.
