Video transcript
In this video, you'll see how credits work, how volume pricing works and where to request your invoice.
Credits are your balance: a description costs 10, they don't expire and they're only used when something is generated successfully.
Every movement stays in your history: what you buy, what's held for a batch and what's used.
You buy descriptions, starting at 10, and we quote the total before charging anything.
The more you buy, the less each one costs: from a thousand the price drops 10%, and from ten thousand, 15%.
To look after your balance, the alert writes to you before it runs out.
And the spending limit caps what your team can spend per week or per month; only an admin can change it.
Billing shows your payments; the paid ones come with a numbered receipt you can download right away.
If you need a tax invoice, request it here with your details: our team issues it and emails it to you.
In the next video, you'll see both ways to pay: by card and by bank transfer.
How they work
Credits are the balance you pay generation with. One description costs 10 credits. They do not expire and are only consumed when something is generated successfully.
Price by volume
You buy as many descriptions as you want and the price per description drops with volume:
| Descriptions | Price per description |
|---|---|
| 1 – 999 | 1.00 USD |
| 1,000 – 9,999 | 0.90 USD |
| 10,000 or more | 0.85 USD |
How you pay
Payment is through PayPal, which also accepts cards. Once confirmed, the balance lands in your account and is recorded in your transaction history.
Invoice
Every purchase produces a numbered receipt you can download right away. If you need a Mexican CFDI, you request it from the billing screen: pick the purchase, enter your tax details, and we email it to you.
Set a spending limit per period
If you bought credits for the whole year, you can ration them and avoid spending them all at once: set how much your organization may spend each week and each month, so no one on the team burns through more than intended. The setting lives in Credits, below the low-balance alert.
- You enter the cap in money and the system stores it in credits, at the current rate. Below the field you see all three figures: money, credits and descriptions.
- You can set both caps at once. If both are active, the stricter one wins.
- The month starts on the 1st and the week on Monday, in the time zone you choose — so set yours instead of leaving UTC.
- Only an admin or the owner can change it; any member can see it, so they know why they were stopped.
Turning a cap off doesn't erase the number: it's still there when you turn it back on. And changing the cap re-arms the alerts so they can fire again with the new number.
What happens when you hit it
Generating is blocked with a message showing how much you've used, what the cap is, and when it resets. No credits are charged for the attempt. When the next period starts, the budget comes back on its own.
- If a batch costs more than the entire cap, we say so plainly: it doesn't fit even with an empty period — split it into smaller batches.
- If you cancel a batch, the credits it had reserved go back into your budget for the period.
- The monthly image-storage rent is always charged, even if you've hit the cap, and it counts toward your spending. Blocking it would cost you your storage because of a cap you set with generating in mind.
The alerts
We notify you once per period when you reach the percentage you choose (80% by default), and again if you hit the cap. That second alert matters even though whoever is generating already saw the block: it's how the person who can raise the cap finds out. You can turn off the early warning by setting 0, and silence the emails from Account → General → Email notifications. The help assistant keeps working even when you've hit the cap.
